Once you are all booked in for your first appointment here are a few things you should know.
I have a bit of paper work that needs to be filled out before your first treatment. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill these forms out.
I accept cash (exact change is appreciated), cheque or e-transfer for payment. The only exception being RCMP members or Veterans affairs clients whom I will be billing Blue Cross directly for.
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, please let me know as soon as possible if you will be unable to make your appointment. The fee for a missed appointment is the full price of the treatment.
